PROUD is for the legalization of adoption of the biological child of a partner by the social parent, and the legalization of individual and joint adoptions for same-sex couples in registered partnerships. The organization tries to increase the visibility of Czech homoparental families and the related issues, and seeks to change discriminatory laws that put such families and their children at disadvantage.
